Children can sign up to a free trail lesson on the Little Voices website.
Multi Sports Club – Years 1 & 2 Starts on 4th October at 3.20pm and will run until 4.20 pm when you will need to collect your child from the main reception . The last session will be Tuesday 13th December, 10 sessions in total.
The club will take place on the playground and the children will participate in a number of different sports. Examples of sports that may be on offer include hockey, cricket, basketball, soft archery and futsal. The children will need to wear their outdoor PE kit. The club will be running outside in all weathers therefore please ensure your child has the appropriate clothing. This will include coats and gloves as we move into the winter.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You will receive a Parentmail to inform you if your child has a place at the club.
Girls’ Football Club - Years 5 & 6 Starts on 25th October at 3.15pm and will run until 4.10 pm when you will need to collect your child from the KS2 gate. The football club will run every Tuesday until the end of March
We are very pleased to be able to offer a football club for year 5 and 6 girls after school on Tuesdays. The children can be of any ability and we will welcome any girls who are completely new to football, as well as those who are more experienced.
The children will need to wear sports clothing dependant on the weather (shorts, t-shirts, jogging bottoms, jumper, football boots, shin pads and football socks). Children will also need a rain jacket if the weather looks wet as we will be outside on the field in all weathers. Please provide a carrier bag for dirty/wet football boots. Your child will need football boots (advertised as firm ground boots) as they can be worn on grass and on 3G pitches should they be involved in a football competition. I do appreciate these boots may come as an extra cost if you do not already have some but unfortunately it is not safe to wear trainers on very wet ground.
Spaces are limited so please respond as soon as possible if you would like your child to take part. You will receive a parentmail to inform you on whether your child has a place at the club.
